Golden Hour
Golden hour now • Blue hour • Sun's path • Any place
Know when the light will be good before you go. Golden Hour shows golden hour, blue hour, sunrise, sunset and every twilight for today or any date — where you are, or anywhere in the world — and tells you how many minutes of golden light are left, or how long until the next.
A day chart painted in the sky's colours from midnight to midnight carries the Sun's height across it: tap or drag to read any minute, with the kind of light, how high the Sun is and which way it lies. A sky view draws the day's path with sunrise and sunset directions, and can turn with your phone, corrected to true north.
Use your location once, search 34,000 towns and cities offline, or paste coordinates for a viewpoint or a trailhead — every place reads on its own clock. Plan the week ahead, set where golden and blue hour begin and end, and share a day's times. Everything is calculated on your phone with standard astronomical formulas, good to a few seconds.

Golden hour now and how many minutes are left, or a countdown to the next one — and a day chart you can read to the minute.
Where the Sun will be
The Sun's path across the sky, golden where the light is golden, with sunrise and sunset directions and a compass that turns with your phone.
Any place, on its own clock
